If the items in your order which qualify for 'Free Shipping' total $250 and weigh less then 150lbs ship then your order ships for FREE! Orders over 150 lbs do not ship free and will be billed at current UPS rates. **
**Please note, if you place multiple orders going to the same location to avoid the 150lb + shipping charges, the orders will be consolidated into one order and shipping charges will be calculated at the current UPS rates for the total weight. We will contact you prior to processing to get approval to charge your card for the shipping charges. If customer refuses shipping charges we reserve the right to cancel all pending orders.
Free shipping orders are shipped by ground delivery within the contiguous United States (not including Hawaii and Alaska). Free shipping is not available on expedited/rush deliveries or order over 150lbs.
General Shipping Information
The Wholesale Candy Shop ships within the continental United States year-round via UPS, USPS and US freight carriers.
Orders that are over $250 and less then 150lbs qualify for our FREE SHIPPING option. Orders with this shipping option chosen will be shipped via UPS or USPS, whichever is cheaper. These orders require 3-4 business days to process and orders usually arrive 4-7 business days after being shipped.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders that weigh less than 10lbs qualify for our FLAT RATE SHIPPING option. Orders with this shipping option chosen will be shipped via UPS or USPS, whichever is cheaper. These orders require 3-4 business days to process and orders usually arrive 4-7 business days after being shipped
*Both FREE SHIPPING and FLAT RATE SHIPPING orders will be processed in the order they are received.
Need it faster?
The Wholesale Candy Shop offers expedited shipping on all orders for an additional cost. For these orders we offer UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2nd Day Air. Orders with these shipping options chosen get first priority, but can take up to 2 business days to process. Please consider this when choosing either of these shipping options.
Stolen, Misplaced, or Lost Packages
Once an order has been delivered to the shipping address provided on your order The Wholesale Candy Shop is not responsible for stolen, misplaced, or lost packages. Please feel free to reach out the carrier with your tracking number and they will assist you with any questions.
Orders that have UPS GROUND as their shipping option, will be processed before FREE SHIPPING and FLAT RATE SHIPPING orders, but after UPS Next Day and UPS 2nd Day Air. These orders require 2-3 Business days to process. Once these orders are shipped, they are generally delivered within 3-7 business days.
HOT WEATHER ALERT
During the hot weather months, May-October, The Wholesale Candy Shop will only ship out orders containing anything that could melt Monday- Thursday. Absolutely no orders with items that can melt will be shipped on Friday. We do include ice packs in any order that has the possibility of melting, however, we can not guarantee these orders will not melt. The Wholesale Candy Shop suggests that if you are ordering any item that may melt to choose UPS Next Day or UPS 2nd Day Air as your shipping method. The less time your candy is in transit the less likely it will melt. When placing an order please keep in mind that UPS does not require a signature and will leave the package as long as they deem safe. Once you receive your tracking details and estimated delivery date, please make sure someone will be available to receive the order or leave a note or call UPS at 800-742-5877 with additional instructions to hold the package. We do NOT refund for melted items. Please order at your own discretion.
What to do if you’ve received melted or damaged product
If you have received any products that are melted or damaged in any way, The Wholesale Candy Shop requires you to take a picture right away and contact us at 800-489-6799. Orders that do not have proof of damage will not be replaced or refunded. The Wholesale Candy Shop may require you to send the melted or damaged product back to us in order to receive your full replacement or refund. Please contact us for exact details on what to do. The Wholesale Candy Shop reserves the right to decide whether to replace/refund an item.
In case we are Out of Stock or an Item has been discontinued
While we do our best at keeping all items on hand, there is a chance that what you are ordering may be out of stock. If this is the case, The Wholesale Candy Shop reserves the right to hold your order until the following Monday (or Tuesday if there is a holiday) and ship it out when the item(s) is/are back in stock. If this is the case, you will be contacted by e-mail. On the rare occasion an item we have on our website may be discontinued. The Wholesale Candy Shop reserves the right to take this item off your order and refund you for it. If you need a specific item for a specific date it is recommended that you contact us at 800-489-6799 to be sure we have what you are looking for in stock.
