The Wholesale Candy Shop is dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction! In the case you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will refund the cost of merchandise that is received in unopened and undamaged packaging with a copy of the original receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Items not returned in their original undamaged packaging can result in refusal of the return. Credit will be issued back via the original payment method within 7 days of received return.

What to do if you’ve received melted or damaged product
If you have received any products that are melted or damaged in any way, The Wholesale Candy Shop requires you to take a picture right away and contact us at 800-489-6799. Orders that do not have proof of damage will not be replaced or refunded. The Wholesale Candy Shop may require you to send the melted or damaged product back to us in order to receive your full replacement or refund. Please contact us for exact details on what to do.
