Since I never got any of my items despite checking the tracking details that the delivery arrived I contacted my post office and contacted the vendor to see what my recourse was. April was nice enough to check the same tracking details I looked at to me I got the delivery. Emailed again to see what they could do. Week later no response. Poor customer service is an understatement, try NO customer service after they took my money. Oh yeah.... It was also an insured package for $100.
